Calabash Waters began in 2005 as a dream of connection, care, and family. Today, it’s a thriving regenerative farm where lambs are raised with integrity, truffles are unearthed by hand, and stories are shared around the fire.

From restoring the 120-year-old Pisé Cottage to nurturing the land for future generations, everything here is built with heart - and we’re proud to share it with you.
